FlexAbility provides one-to-one, individualised support to maximise each person’s level of choice and their personal skills development.

There are many significant advantages to receiving individualised supports. One of the most rewarding is the relationships that are developed with regular Support Workers. The individual and family know who is coming to support them today – be that in-home, in community or to work together to achieve new life goals.

In Home Supports

FlexAbility provides a range of personal and domestic services within the home, so that people with a disability can continue to live in a secure and more independent environment.

Our most popular services include helping with daily personal care activities such as showering and getting ready to go out, as well as personal domestic tasks like assisting with household chores and preparing food for cooking.

Under NDIS, we are registered to provide Personal Assistance for people with standard and high support needs.

We support individuals who live at home or independently in the community.

Supported Community Access

FlexAbilty’s community access and participation is a one-on-one program so that people with disability have full flexibility around what they want and need to do. From medical appointments to personal banking, shopping to meeting friends for coffee, we can support you to do the things you want to do.

We can also help you to do new things such as access specialised recreational activities, participate in community events, join clubs or become involved with other community organisations.

We are registered to support NDIS Participants to participate in the community in both Core and Capacity Building activities.

Living & Life Skills

Strengthening the living and life skills of people with a disability and their families is an essential part of our philosophy, so FlexAbility is very excited that the NDIS offers so many opportunities to build our capacity.

Within your NDIS plan, you can ask to include a range of activities and supports that will increase your current skills, or acquire new skills to increase independence and community participation.

Some other areas you may request assistance with are:

  • Decision making, daily planning and budgeting.
  • Individual skills development and training.
  • Individual social skills development.
  • Life skills development – food preparation, cooking and cleaning.
  • Training in independent plan management (carers/parents).

FlexAbility works with individuals and their families in all areas of living and life skills so that you can achieve life goals, and better choice and control.

FlexAbility charges as per the current price guide for all services.
